Job summary

Specsavers in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Services Change Portfolio Manager to shape how change is prioritised, delivered and embedded across Customer Services, turning strategic priorities into a clear, achievable roadmap.

You'll own the change portfolio, balance priorities, capacity and dependencies, and work with Operations, Planning & MI, L&D, Technology, suppliers and programme teams to land lasting benefits and visible improvements for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a business change, transformation, project or CI portfolio.
• Ability to turn strategy into practical priorities and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in governance, risk and dependency management, change adoption and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Customer Services change portfolio across teams.
• Balance priorities, capacity, dependencies and readiness to focus on high-impact work.
• Lead and develop the Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager for a joined-up approach.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning & MI, L&D, Technology and suppliers to land change successfully.
