Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior CDD, KYC, EDD or AML Operations leadership role within regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of CDD, KYC, EDD, Source of Funds/Wealth and ongoing monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end CDD operation across DAZN Bet's licensed markets, including KYC, EDD, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop a geographically distributed CDD team and drive a high-performance culture.
• Harmonise and improve CDD/EDD operations into a global framework with automation and AI.
