Job summary

IFX Payments is seeking a KYC Onboarding Associate in the UK. The role focuses on conducting thorough client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks in line with AML/KYC regulations while ensuring onboarding processes comply with regulatory standards.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Occasional travel to the London office is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or a similar regulated industry is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CDD and EDD checks per AML/KYC regulations.
• Ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory standards.
• Review and verify documentation for compliance.
• Identify and elevate potential risks to the KYC Onboarding Manager.
• Serve as first point of contact for KYC queries.
• Request missing documentation from clients and clarify requirements.
• Maintain onboarding records in internal systems.
• Support audits, reporting and process improvements.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
