Job summary

Eaton Aerospace Group seeks a General Manager, Fuels to lead the Fuel & Motion Control division’s global strategy and growth. You will guide profitability, customer satisfaction, and lifecycle support across OEM and aftermarket channels, with full accountability for the business unit.

You will drive strategic initiatives, portfolio optimization, and global leadership, delivering industry-leading performance and international collaboration across markets and teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with broad responsibility across operations, finance, sales, marketing, product management, or general management.
• Proven success leading global businesses with full P&L accountability in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or aftermarket services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BU growth strategy across OEM and aftermarket in global aerospace markets.
• Develop a multi-year product and services roadmap aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Drive growth through program wins, customer acquisition, and aftermarket expansion.
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, alliances, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with FMC and Aerospace leadership to set priorities and market expansion plans.
• Invest in products, services, technologies, and markets to maximize long-term value.
• Improve portfolio profitability via pricing, mix optimization, and segmentation.
• Capture Voice of the Customer and translate insights into differentiated offerings.
