Eaton Aerospace Group seeks a General Manager, Fuels to lead FMC's global strategy, growth, and lifecycle support for the Fuels portfolio. This executive will drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across OEM and aftermarket channels worldwide.

The role includes product strategy, development, program execution, manufacturing, service, and parts distribution, with a focus on expanding installed-base penetration and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with significant responsibility across operations, finance, sales, marketing, product management, or general management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall BU growth strategy across OEM and aftermarket channels.
• Develop multi-year product and services roadmap aligned with customer requirements and market dynamics.
• Drive inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion plans.
• Oversee product strategy, program execution, manufacturing, repair and overhaul, spare parts, distribution, and field service.
• Strengthen relationships with OEMs, airlines, operators, MROs, distributors, and government agencies.
• Deliver industry-leading performance in profitability, customer satisfaction, and lifecycle support across global markets.
