Job summary

Eaton Aerospace Group is seeking a General Manager, Fuels within its Fuel & Motion Control division. This leadership role is responsible for global strategy, profitability, and lifecycle support across the Fuels portfolio, reporting to the Senior VP & GM of FMC.

You will drive market expansion, portfolio optimization, and customer partnerships, oversee product development, manufacturing operations, service and aftermarket activities, and ensure delivery excellence worldwide.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic planning and growth execution.
• Ability to manage across OEM and aftermarket channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMC’s global Fuels BU strategy and performance.
• Develop multi-year product and services roadmap.
• Drive inorganic growth, alliances, and partnerships.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, aftermarket services, and lifecycle support.
• Strengthen OEM and operator customer relationships worldwide.
