Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations with diverse regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead FMC's global fuels BU growth strategy across OEM and aftermarket.
• Develop multi-year product and services roadmap aligned with market needs.
• Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all value streams.
• Collaborate with FMC and Aerospace leadership to set investment priorities and growth plans.
