Job summary

State Street seeks a Global Head of Business Operations (GHBO) to partner with the COO and lead the integrated management of the COO Office. This role will coordinate business management, strategic execution, Finance Technology and organizational transformation across a globally distributed organization.

The GHBO will drive operating cadence, governance, MI and cross-functional alignment to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, collaborating with Investments, Global Client Coverage Group,

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of executive leadership across strategy, programs, and people management.
• Experience leading Finance Technology and finance transformations.
• Strong knowledge of investment management and related data/tech capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic and operational objectives aligned with SSIM priorities and track performance against KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Finance, Technology, Data, and corporate functions.
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive communications for the COO organization.
• Oversee Finance Technology strategy, architecture and roadmap; manage vendor relationships.
