Job summary

Canva seeks a strategic growth leader to define market segmentation and investment allocation for 23 Pioneer markets. You will partner with data, finance, country managers, and central product to build repeatable plays and scalable growth across international markets.

You will work with a globally distributed team across Sydney, Europe and Dubai time zones, enjoying real autonomy to test hypotheses and drive ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and draw insights.
• Proven growth strategy experience at a consumer tech or digital platform company with data-backed results.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action, pursuing hypotheses with fast course corrections.
• Strong data-driven mindset, testing, measuring and iterating for growth.
• Excellent stakeholder craft to align Country Managers, Finance and central teams.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio strategy: segment markets, allocate investment, and shape playbooks across clusters.
• Identify causal growth drivers and diagnose funnel variations to create repeatable plays.
• Scale successful market strategies through collaboration with Country Managers and central teams.
