You'll be the voice of UK users, champion culturally relevant content, and lead initiatives across localisation, product growth, and content strategy. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers in a flat, fast-moving environment that values clarity and impact.

• Proven product management experience with ownership of product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify key localisation opportunities for the UK market.
• Fix product funnel issues from signups to publishing.
• Collaborate with the UK team on Product Growth initiatives.
• Tailor content for the UK market nuances.
• Evaluate and adapt global messaging for UK users.
• Provide cultural insights to global teams for UK content.
• Work with local partners on tone and cultural nuances.
• Develop language style guides and localisation best practices.
