Job summary

Airwallex is a London-based, growth-focused fintech powerhouse seeking a hands-on Growth Content Marketing lead. You will scale a global content engine, own demand-gen content, and work across Growth, Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle to build content that drives qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth content marketing, demand gen content, or SEO-led roles in a high-growth B2B tech environment.
• Proven track record of driving funnel outcomes from traffic to pipeline.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for clear, credible tech content.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword intent, on-page, internal linking, content clustering.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze content performance and optimize results.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, and Lifecycle teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced global environment and communicating impact to stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelancers or agencies to high quality and performance.
• Familiarity with CMS, SEO, analytics, and experimentation tools (Webflow/WordPress, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs).

Responsibilities

• Build Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex with scalable processes and a high-performing team.
• Own end-to-end demand gen content strategy across SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel content, and product narratives.
• Write, edit, and ship high-impact content including SEO pillar pages, ebooks, whitepapers, and one-pagers.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to translate launches and APIs into searchable, understandable content.
• Use insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution.
• Align content with keyword intent, funnel stages, and conversion goals in collaboration with SEO and Performance teams.
• Measure and iterate using performance data to improve traffic quality, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Maintain high content quality and technical accuracy, avoiding oversimplification.
• Cultivate a structured experimentation mindset and scale what performs.
• Balance short-term growth with evergreen content investments.
