Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a hands-on Growth Content Marketing Lead to scale our global content engine from London. You’ll own end-to-end demand generation content strategy, collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO and Lifecycle, and translate technical product narratives into compelling content that drives pipeline.

In this role you’ll write, edit and publish SEO-focused pillar pages, ebooks, guides and one-pagers, while balancing short-term growth with evergreen content. Based in London.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth content marketing, demand gen content, or SEO-led content roles, preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly and credibly.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword intent and content clustering.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, and Lifecycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Build Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex, establishing best practices and scalable processes.
• Own end-to-end demand gen content strategy, spanning SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel content, and product-led narratives.
• Write, edit, and ship high-impact content including SEO pillar pages, cluster articles, ebooks, whitepapers, and long-form guides.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to translate launches and APIs into searchable, understandable content.
• Use insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution strategies.
• Align content with keyword intent, funnel stages, and conversion goals with SEO/Performance teams.
• Be obsessive about measurement and iteration to optimize content for traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Maintain high content quality and technical accuracy without oversimplifying concepts.
• Build a structured experimentation mindset and scale what performs.
• Balance short-term growth with evergreen content investments.
