Job summary

Humantra is a fast-growing global wellness brand expanding internationally. The Group Financial Controller will own group close, consolidation, statutory reporting and tax across multiple regions, ensuring balance-sheet integrity and day-to-day treasury execution.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading group consolidation and statutory accounts across multiple entities.
• Proven experience with UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS.
• Strong balance sheet, cash and working capital management.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close for all group entities with timetable ownership.
• Shorten close cycle to provide timely management information.
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and FX translations.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with clear commentary and actions.
• Support board/investor reporting with robust explanations.
• Own balance-sheet integrity across the group.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits and tax compliance across regions.
• Drive treasury activities and working capital improvements.
• Lead finance systems roadmap and data governance.
• Develop and coach the transactional finance team.
• Set high standards for accuracy, timeliness and accountability.
