Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a PE-backed international life sciences business to appoint a Group Financial Controller who will work closely with the Group CFO and senior leadership to oversee group reporting, accounting, audit, tax, controls and governance.

The role requires a hands-on finance leader who can strengthen the shared service model, drive automation, and ensure audit readiness, governance and robust financial infrastructure across the international organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA credentials.
• Experience as Group Financial Controller in PE-backed international business.
• Strong IFRS, consolidation, statutory accounts and audit expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own group reporting, accounting, audit, tax, controls and governance.
• Provide financial leadership across the international business and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strengthen finance operations, drive automation and improve ERP/financial systems.
