EMEA Recruitment is assisting in recruiting a Group Financial Controller for the UK consolidating entity. The role is hands‑on, standalone and responsible for day‑to‑day accounting, statutory reporting, SAP support and audit coordination.

Based in central London, you will lead financial reporting across international jurisdictions, coordinate audits and ensure governance and IFRS/UK GAAP compliance while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in accounting, reporting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements.
• Hands‑on ERP experience with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UK consolidating entity's financial reporting and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate year‑end statutory audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee group consolidations, governance, transfer pricing and Pillar Two compliance.
• Ensure IFRS/UK GAAP compliance and drive improvements in reporting processes.
