You will report to the Finance Leadership team and partner with senior stakeholders across regions, providing financial insight, overseeing group reporting and planning, and supporting performance management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in business controlling, manufacturing, or corporate reporting.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to senior leaders, providing financial analysis and commercial insight.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and performance tracking across the group.
• Ensure monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor expenditure against budget with proper cost control and accounting treatment.
• Support month-end close activities including consolidation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Provide analysis and decision support to improve business performance.
• Contribute to improved reporting processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Lead or participate in cross-location finance projects.
