Job summary

ib vogt GmbH is seeking a Grid Solutions Manager to oversee complex grid infrastructure for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will drive development, energization and handover of grid facilities and coordinate global engineering teams and consultants.

The role requires deep knowledge of grid connection, NC RfG requirements, and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary contractors across international projects, including UK grid standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in grid connections for power plants
• International project management experience in grid connection of power plants
• Knowledge of energy technology components and related civil, electromechanical work
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of European NC RfG and grid compliance codes

Responsibilities

• Participate in worldwide energy projects from early phase definitions until operation
• Design grid connections for utility-scale PV/BESS plants
• Support project development with technical expertise in new markets
• Coordinate external engineering consultants and subcontractors
• Produce documentation for management, clients, lenders and advisers
