Job summary

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in London is seeking a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to support international programmes across Hong Kong, UAE, Madrid and more. You will partner with HR and local offices to deliver onboarding, training and seamless candidate experiences for interns and trainees.

You will manage campus engagements, coordinate interviews, and help shape vacation schemes and summer programmes while ensuring high-quality stakeholder communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in early careers.
• Experience supporting international programmes is a plus.
• Able to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent candidate experience from first contact through to the end of the trainee programme.
• Coordinate advertising, marketing materials, merchandise and social media with the Marketing and Business Development team.
• Build relationships with target universities and organise campus activities and law fairs.
• Coordinate first-stage interviews and support the second-stage assessment process.
• Deliver candidate feedback and support the offer process across the programmes.
• Maintain the application tracking systems, record keeping and wider reporting.
• Organise the international programmes’ day to day activities including open days and schemes.
• Plan and deliver content for vacation schemes and summer programmes in international offices.
• Work with HR and local offices to ensure a strong onboarding experience for interns and trainees.
• Liaise with universities on registration and qualification routes.
• Organise training and induction schedules for incoming trainees.
• Conduct six week catch ups with trainees.
• Coordinate seat change and seat review processes including appraisals and qualifications.
