Gibson Dunn in London leads a Graduate Recruitment function supporting international offices including Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Madrid and Brussels. The role focuses on attracting top students and graduates, coordinating across offices to develop new programmes while upholding the firm’s culture and values.

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Manager, International Graduate Recruiting/Development, to deliver comprehensive trainee schemes and onboarding experiences

Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellent candidate experience from first contact through end of trainee programme.
• Coordinate advertising, marketing materials, and social media with Marketing/BD teams.
• Build relationships with target universities and organise campus events and law fairs.
• Coordinate first- and second-stage interviews and support the offer process.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and reporting.
