Oliver Hydcovalves is seeking a General Manager to lead global sales and distribution for its valve range. The role focuses on expanding markets, appointing distributors, and securing profitable contracts across regions.

You will drive opportunities, oversee pricing, and support new product introductions while collaborating with end users to align specifications with Hydco products. This leadership position requires engineering and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (additional qualifications a plus).
• Valves product knowledge essential; strong engineering background in related products.
• Strong knowledge of Hydrogen and Carbon Capture markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of Oliver Hydcovalves product range worldwide.
• Manage current and new distribution channels in each country to grow revenue.
• Appoint new distributors meeting company requirements.
• Track and convert opportunities into orders for Oliver.
• Negotiate commercial contracts with a focus on profitability and margins.
• Support development of new products to market.
• Review sales performance for technical products.
• Engage with end users to develop specifications for Hydco range.
