Job summary

Lonza in Slough, United Kingdom, is seeking a 12-month contract to lead the Front-Line Leader Program. This on-site role allows up to 20% remote work, with flexibility for case-by-case adjustments.

You will drive global PM, governance, and learning journeys across 8 sites to ensure capability development and operational excellence. Collaboration with Global HR, L&D, and leaders will be key to translating frameworks into practical programs, with strong emphasis on change management, stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L&D Project or Program Management leading multi-site or global leadership deployments.
• Solid grounding in adult learning principles, instructional design concepts, and change management.
• Demonstrated track record of defining L&D success metrics and evaluating program impact.
• Exceptional matrix stakeholder management and communication across international teams.
• Background in Life Sciences, Pharma, CDMO, Automotive or similar complex sector.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PM, rollout, and governance of the Front-Line Leader Program across 8 sites.
• Partner with Global HR, L&D, and ops leaders to map capability frameworks to learning journeys.
• Create detailed project plans, readiness timelines, and risk mitigations.
• Drive change management for site adoption and alignment.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure engagement and impact.
• Coordinate facilitators and external providers, and run governance meetings.
