Qualifications

• Experience analyzing freight markets, asset valuations, or related commercial activities.
• Ability to develop forecasting models and valuation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL and data analytics for trading support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global freight markets, including fleet and rate movements.
• Develop models for asset valuation, portfolio optimization and earnings forecasting.
• Evaluate vessel performance across owned, leased, and contracted positions.
• Assess time and voyage charter opportunities to support trading decisions.
• Produce market views and analytics to drive commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with traders, chartering, originators and tech teams on analytics.
