Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding UK is seeking a Sector Business Development Manager to identify and secure high value target customers. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, working with cross-functional teams to craft innovative and profitable logistics solutions for key accounts.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, strategic outreach, and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering results across Air, Ocean and Rail Freight.

Qualifications

Proven ability to win new business in freight forwarding
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline in B2B sectors

Responsibilities

Find and develop High Value Target customers for DHL Global Forwarding UK
Build a substantial new business pipeline with short, medium and long-term targets
Work with product and station teams to deliver innovative, profitable solutions
Ensure compliance with DHL Code of Conduct and regulations
Attend management meetings and contribute to Win Plans
