Responsibilities

• Own ocean import files from booking to UK port arrival and delivery.
• Prepare and process UK import customs entries and essential documents.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and hauliers to secure rates and timely transit.
• Act as primary operational contact for key client accounts with milestone updates.
• Oversee job costing and client billing to protect margins.
