Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Digital Intelligence Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Franchise Growth technology roadmap. You will marshal cross-functional teams across brands and regions to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable value for franchisees and Hertz leadership.

The role requires hands-on delivery discipline, strong governance, and the ability to balance competing priorities while driving adoption and realisation of benefits across a global network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology/data or transformation initiatives.
• Strong portfolio management with milestones, dependencies and governance.
• Commercial acumen to prioritise initiatives by business value.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data, analytics, AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of initiatives within the Digital Intelligence platform, translating strategy into a sequenced multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee a portfolio of platform initiatives from problem definition through design, delivery, rollout, adoption and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with Hertz product and development teams to define global standards and scalable data ecosystems.
