Hertz is seeking a Director to lead the Franchise Transformation Office in the UK, overseeing an integrated plan across transactions, capability build, technology, and the franchise platform. You will coordinate governance, manage risks, and drive readiness from planning through to steady-state operations.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate ambition into executable milestones, ensuring cross-functional delivery and value realization while maintaining strong executive

Competenze

• 5+ years in enterprise transformation or comparable cross-functional change programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Strong program-management discipline with integrated planning and risk management.
• Experience designing transformation governance including SteerCo and exec forums.
• Experience managing separation or transition topics across people, processes, systems, etc.
• Experience building new capabilities and operating models from future-state ambition.
• Excellent communication and change-leadership skills; credible with C-suite.
