Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Hemel Hempstead invites a Senior Specialist Global FP&A (Team Operations and Data Center Analysis) to elevate the operating model, drive consistent monthly reporting, and deliver high-quality financial insights for asset and portfolio performance. You will lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives, manage data flows from SAC to ERP, and provide transparent executive reporting.

The role requires strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree highly preferred.
• Multiple years of high-level FP&A and capital planning experience.
• Advanced experience with MS Office and data warehouse tools.
• Advanced experience with Workday or other HR tools.
• Experience in international organizations.
• GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive operational excellence across end-to-end global FP&A processes.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with ROB and cross-functional teams.
• Improve FP&A processes, templates, and governance.
• Manage FP&A systems and data flows (SAC, DWH, ERP interfaces, M-Cube).
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate with FP&A teams, business functions, and corporate stakeholders.
• Prepare and enhance executive and management reports with insights.
• Analyze asset and portfolio performance including EBITDA and lifecycle insights.
• Support asset- and portfolio-related reporting for internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional FP&A initiatives and complex analyses.
