Job summary
Northland Controls is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Letchworth, UK. This role supports a global finance transformation through NSPB implementation and ongoing development, partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and business leaders to build planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
You will deliver meaningful financial insights, improve planning and reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, modeling, reconciliations, data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results, operating trends, variances, and KPIs for monthly reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, management packages, forecasts and presentations for senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses.
