Job summary

Everest Advisors (Uk), Ltd seeks a senior FP&A leader for International Wholesale & Specialty to direct planning, forecasting and performance reporting across global markets including Lloyd’s and European operations. You will influence senior executives, drive disciplined capital allocation and lead a high-performing FP&A team.

The role requires rich insurance finance experience, strong modelling ability, and cross-region collaboration to enable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant FP&A leadership experience within insurance, reinsurance or financial services
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and provide constructive challenge
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team for International Wholesale & Specialty with clear objectives and succession plans
• Own the annual strategic plan, operating plan and forecasts for IWS aligned with Group objectives
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support growth priorities and risk management
• Provide concise, decision-useful insight on premium, underwriting results, expenses and profitability
• Partner with broader finance to enhance planning tools, data quality and automation
