Job summary

Baker Hughes is offering a 12-month Internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. You will gain hands-on experience across analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cost control, with mentoring and exposure to HS&E culture.

As an Intern, you will work with cross-functional teams, learn internal software including Excel and Power BI, and contribute to financial reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in or recently graduated with a relevant degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Completing internal projects to deliver business outcomes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Learning internal software and tools to support analysis, reporting, and project delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
• Assisting with SG&A and functional cost analyses, including budgeting and variance reviews.
