Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial reporting or management reporting.
• Experience in multi-national professional services or partnership-based organisations.
• Familiarity with federated or matrixed operating models (e.g. Swiss Verein) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global FP&A and financial reporting outputs across regions.
• Develop and improve dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare global reporting packs for leadership, committees and governance bodies.
• Provide clear financial analysis and narratives on revenue, profitability, cash and utilisation.
