Job summary

Abacus Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support a world‑leading £3Bn+ service company in Belfast. You will own budgeting and forecasting for Corporate Functions and partner with senior stakeholders to turn data into strategic insight.

In this hybrid role, you’ll deliver monthly management reporting, support the annual planning cycle and contribute to performance packs with clear commentary.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong budget and forecasting background.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for Corporate Functions.
• Partner with the business to agree people, discretionary and capital spend plans.
• Produce forecast and performance packs with clear analysis and commentary.
• Support annual strategic planning cycle with high-quality financial insight.
• Deliver month-end and market-facing management reporting.
• Consolidate monthly and quarterly MI across business areas to Group level.
