Job summary

Hunter Savage is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a growing County Antrim business. The role partners with senior leadership to provide financial insight, analysis and challenge to support informed decision-making during a period of growth.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, develop models and business cases, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for operational and commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning.

The Role

The Person

• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging assumptions
• Keen to improve processes and influence how the finance function develops
