Job summary

Meter is seeking a Fleet Partnerships professional to build deep relationships with installation and Fleet partners, and design systems that ensure high-quality deployments at scale. You will drive performance, improve processes, and create programs that help technicians excel across a global network.

You will manage partner performance, negotiate capacity, and lead onboarding and commercial discussions as Meter scales its deployment network.

Qualifications

Must have strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage and improve operational performance.
Comfort with field work and in-person collaboration.
Clear, proactive communication with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Run partner performance reviews and identify improvement plans.
Review deployment volume vs capacity and negotiate expansions with partners.
Lead commercial conversations on rates, capacity, and terms.
Meet with technicians and partner leadership to understand challenges in the field.
Design incentive programs that reward quality work and on-time installs.
Lead commercial onboarding for new partners entering the program.
Translate partner feedback into improvements with internal teams.
Advise Dispatch on partner capacity based on relationships and knowledge.
Run recurring partner check-ins covering tactical execution and long-term planning.
Build dashboards, feedback loops, onboarding programs, and partner scorecards.
