Job summary

Dynatrace seeks an International Financial Controller to lead our global accounting teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will act as a deputy to the Senior Director, International Accounting, guiding complex reporting, audits, and transformation initiatives while driving operational excellence.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, and Corporate Accounting, shaping the future of our controllership and developing leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/Chartered Accountant) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership in a multinational.
• Extensive experience in international operations and US GAAP.
• Experience leading audits, statutory reporting, and compliance programs.
• Proven track record of transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead international accounting across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
• Govern financial close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Legal on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a geographically dispersed team.
