Dynatrace seeks an International Financial Controller to lead international accounting operations and act as deputy to the Senior Director, International Accounting. You will drive close processes, governance, and compliance across regions including EMEA, APAC and LATAM, shaping a scalable finance function in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership in a multinational.

Responsibilities

• Lead international accounting across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with governance.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and compliance programs.
• Lead finance transformation and global process standardization.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams on strategic initiatives.
• Develop talent pipelines and build a high-performing dispersed team.
• Establish KPIs to improve operational effectiveness across regions.
