Job summary

Adzuna are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to own accounting and financial control across our global business. You will oversee multi-entity consolidation, international reporting, and tax compliance, reporting to the CFO within a lean finance team.

You will lead audits, manage payroll and benefits with local providers, and coordinate equity administration and cap table maintenance. A high-growth fintech/marketplace background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification and senior finance manager or financial controller experience in fast-paced tech/marketplace/high-growth businesses.
• Experience leading multi-entity consolidation, international reporting, and group-level financial controls.
• Experience supporting audits and coordinating with external accounting, tax advisory and banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close processes for consolidated group across UK/US/European entities.
• Maintain group finance calendar and robust financial controls.
• Lead external audits and prepare statutory accounts.
• Oversee UK VAT, French TVA, German sales tax, US tax filings, and transfer pricing.
