Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment in London is seeking an ACCA or ACA qualified Senior Finance professional to own statutory compliance, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidation across the international group, while contributing to cash flow and treasury management.

This hands-on role requires technical accounting expertise and strong business partnering skills to review P&L, manage audits, and advise leadership on financial implications across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing external statutory audits and statutory financial statements.
• Experience in international multi-entity & multi-currency group structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements across UK and international entities.
• Own the external audit process end-to-end with auditors.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, cash and banking arrangements.
• Ensure local tax and regulatory reporting compliance across jurisdictions.
• Act as a technical accounting knowledge hub within finance.
