Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the UK invites applicants to the Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) Graduate Programme. You will embark on three 12-month placements across finance areas such as supply finance, market finance, financial control or internal audit, with the possibility of international experience.

Starting salary is £33,000 plus a £2,000 joining bonus. The programme offers flexible, hybrid working, company paid CIMA study support, mentoring, Mars University

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject, graduating next summer or within the last 2 years.
• Willingness to pursue the CIMA qualification.
• Internationally mobile; based at Slough or Paddington, flexible during the programme.
• Strong interest in finance and analytical skills.
