Job summary

Mars invites graduates to join the Finance Leadership Experience 2027, a three-year rotational programme designed to develop leadership and functional finance capabilities across supply finance, market finance, financial control, or internal audit.

You will gain international exposure, work on real decisions, and join a global trainee community with mentors and a strong development focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject (graduating next summer or within 2 years)
• Willingness to pursue the CIMA qualification
• Internationally mobile with flexibility for Slough or Paddington sites
• Good analytical skills and strong interest in finance
• Not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint
