Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced finance leader to lead our global Financial Controls function, driving an ICFR controls uplift and embedding control design across processes, systems and technology. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operating model and the long-term capability of the global Finance organisation.

The role will evolve into strategic leadership of Experian's global Financial Controls, ensuring continued effectiveness, maturity and improvement of the ICFR environment as

Qualifications

• Experience leading a geographically distributed team in a global company.
• Experience delivering a controls implementation project.
• Professional audit/accountancy background and qualifications.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX-style regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Financial Controls function and ICFR programme uplift.
• Shape operating model and governance for financial controls across the group.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Risk to embed controls by design.
