Job summary

Experian is strengthening its Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SOX-aligned standards. This hybrid role, based in Nottingham or London, shapes how controls are designed and embedded across the global organisation.

You will collaborate with Finance Control Towers, IT Controls and governance teams to drive consistency, standardisation and a robust control environment, while leading transformation programmes and leveraging automation to deliver efficiency and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience with SOX/ICFR, internal controls and risk assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams and functions.
• Ability to design, implement and embed controls and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation and embedding of the global ICFR framework.
• Partner with Finance Control Towers, IT Controls, Governance and Business Partners to standardise controls.
• Lead transformation programs to simplify controls and improve effectiveness.
• Drive automation, analytics, and control monitoring to enhance performance.
• Translate outcomes into scalable BAU frameworks and governance routines.
