Job summary

Experian is seeking a strong and commercially minded ESS Finance Controller to lead controllership oversight across the ESS business. This role will have accountability for the integrity and governance of the balance sheet, lead ICFR and SOX readiness activities, and provide disciplined oversight of capital governance through the ESS Capital Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive finance and accounting experience in global or technology-driven environments.
• Experience leading controllership, ICFR, SOX readiness, and capital governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance oversight of ESS balance sheet with robust reconciliations and analyses.
• Drive balance sheet governance, identify risks, trends, and remediation opportunities.
• Own ICFR and SOX readiness, coordinating control design, testing, and remediation.
• Secretary of the ESS Capital Committee, coordinating agendas and financial analyses.
• Lead a globally distributed team of 3 finance resources, ensuring high standards of delivery and development.
