Experian Information Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ESS Finance Controller to oversee balance sheet governance and controllership across the ESS business.

You will lead ICFR and SOX readiness activities, collaborate with corporate controllership, and provide disciplined oversight of capital governance through the ESS Capital Committee. You will manage a small global finance team across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring high-quality execution, strong controls, and proactive support to ESS

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Extensive controllership and global finance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ESS balance sheet accuracy, completeness, and reconciliations.
• Lead ICFR and SOX readiness activities, with governance and remediation accountability.
• Act as secretary of the ESS Capital Committee, ensuring proper financial analysis and records.
• Coach and develop a globally distributed finance team, driving process improvements and strong controls.
