Responsibilities

• Managing multinational client engagements across numerous countries.
• Leading client onboarding, tender responses, proposals and implementation projects.
• Acting as the main escalation point for clients and internal teams.
• Building and developing strong client relationships with a focus on growth opportunities.
• Managing, mentoring and developing a team of coordinators.
• Owning billing, WIP, recoverability and commercial performance across your portfolio.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborating with outsourced teams globally to ensure exceptional service delivery.
