JSS, a leading international professional services group backed by private equity, is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to lead and transform the Group's finance function. You will shape controls, governance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, aligning with the CFO and senior executives to enable scalable growth.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic partnering with operational stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to finance transformation, consolidation and policy
Qualifications
- Significant post-qualified finance leadership experience across international entities.
- Strong expertise in financial control, consolidation and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
- Experience leading finance transformation programmes and automation initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner with CFOs, investors and boards.
- Demonstrated leadership, succession planning and stakeholder management.
Responsabilités
- Lead accounting, consolidation, treasury and reporting across jurisdictions.
- Drive finance transformation programmes and ERP optimisation.
- Oversee policy, controls, and governance for accurate Group financial reporting.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to enable scalable growth and investor reporting.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organisation with succession plans.
