Sulzer GT Aero Services is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Field Service) to lead and coordinate gas turbine maintenance projects. You will act as the technical focal point, supporting planning, mobilisation, execution and close-out across customer sites worldwide, with a strong emphasis on safety and technical excellence.

The role involves working with Field Service Engineers and customers to ensure project success, while travelling to onshore and offshore sites as required and

Competenze

• Experience with industrial gas turbines, power turbines, or rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of field service environments in energy, power generation, oil & gas, or related sectors.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a project team.
• Willingness to travel to onshore and offshore sites.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and execution of field service projects.
• Develop work packs, execution plans and RAMS documentation.
• Act as the technical interface between Sulzer and customers.
• Support field service teams before, during and after site activities.
• Provide technical guidance on gas turbine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Participate in site surveys and customer visits.
• Review and improve field service processes and documentation.
• Support outage planning, mobilisation activities and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support and generate future business.
