Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an Electrical Service Engineer to join the in-house engineering team in Luton. The role involves international travel (2–6 weeks per assignment, ~120 travel days annually) and a double day shift at the assembly site with early finish on Fridays.

You will install, commission, service and upgrade rotating equipment (pumps, motors, generators) and supervise on-site personnel. The ideal candidate will have field service experience and exposure to high-voltage systems up to

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, rotating equipment or similar industrial machinery is required.
• Previous field service or site-based experience including installation and commissioning is beneficial.
• Experience in Power, Manufacturing, Nuclear, or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main on-site contact and supervise customer personnel, contractors and supplied labour.
• Travel internationally for installations, commissioning, service and upgrades; typical 2–6 week assignments.
• Work at the assembly site in Luton during non-field periods on pumps and rotating equipment, including testing and inspection.
• Support travel allowances and company vehicle usage where applicable.
