Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Awareness of field service roles and responsibilities.
• Servicing, repair, and fault-finding experience (desired).

Responsibilities

• Installation of machinery (product-specific training provided).
• Establishing and maintaining site service contracts with external providers.
• Fault-finding and servicing machines where required.
• The ability and knowledge of being able to troubleshoot.
• Understanding and working with technical/engineering drawings.
• Working flexibly between home and travel-based assignments.
