Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and staff development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities; develop operating and capital budgets.
• Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs; create and maintain maintenance manuals.
• Point of contact for maintenance efforts with outside contractors and vendors.
• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors.
• Drive acquisition of new management contracts and development of as-built drawings.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Apply a broad knowledge of the business and own discipline to achieve team objectives.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
